Do you find it hard to relax? Does stress give you insomnia, anxiety or even panic attacks? Maybe you’ve heard about meditation but don’t really know what it is or where to start?

My meditation lessons for beginners are designed to help you find relaxation easily.

Mixing my background as a musician and my mindfulness knowledge, I aim to create a space for you to quiet your mind, relax your body, and calm your soul.

At the same time, the welcoming meditation space will allow your imagination to flow freely.

These sessions will feel like a breath of fresh air, allowing you to enter a magic and peaceful world.

Managing our emotions can be very challenging, especially if we are sensitive and more emotional than the average person. I know because I am this same way!

Through soft guided meditations, easy breathing exercises and live relaxation music, I have created a program that will allow you to discover all of the soothing benefits of adding meditation into your life.

    With the help of breathing exercises and visualization, we hope to reach a relaxing state that is very soothing for the body and the mind.

    We will discuss your goals and current struggles to find what type of session will best support you. The session will include a guided meditation, some breathing exercises, and music.

    The experience is meant to be supportive, deeply relaxing, and healing.

    Blankets and pillows are encouraged!

  • I offer meditation classes in downtown Montreal. In-person, private meditation sessions take place at La Coop Symphonique de Montréal.

    It is a big and comfy studio with sofas and musical instruments, very close to the Berri Uquam station. It is a beautiful meditation space.

    If you live outside of Montréal, I suggest taking the online meditation class via Zoom because lessons are only available in 30-minute blocks at this time.

    You will be able to live this relaxing session in the comfort of your home. :)

  • All my life I’ve worked on myself. I was born an introverted child, dealt with anxiety as a child, and had to learn early on in life how to manage my emotions.

    I also have struggled with anorexia and anxiety disorder, stage fright performing, and many other stressors and life events that allowed me to discover the power of music and meditation.

    I have had meditation and yoga lessons, read a lot, and have practiced these tools in my own life for many years.

  • No refund is possible after a lesson is taken but if for some reason you really need to stop our sessions together, a refund may be able to be made.

    This will be discussed at the time of cancellation, depending how many sessions you have left and how much notice is given.

  • Yes! You can book a single lesson and then decide what package is best for you from there.
